Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 10 to 18 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5 to 10 business days

These delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed.

Shipping Origin

Orders may ship from one of our international fulfillment partners depending on inventory availability and destination.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timelines above, delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

PawDip is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at info@pawdip.com and we will do our best to assist.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, we may ask you to first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. PawDip is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
